Fileu de pește ,,merluccius hubbsi” , neglazurat (fără gheață) fără piele, de culoare roz specific tipului de pește, fără grăsime rencezită(pete galbene sau corpuri străine), greutatea 120-200 gr/bucata. Procentul de adaus de apă nu mai mare de 5% .
Se livrează cu transport care necesită regim termic special.
Abalat a cite 2-5 kg în politilenă și cutii de carton;
Standart de referință:HG 435 din 28.05.2010, ГОСТ 3948-90; ГОСТ 3848-2016;
La procesul de preambalare se va efectua în strictă conformitate cu prevederile Legii 296/2017 privind cerințele generale de igienă a produselor alimentare; Legii 279/2017 privind informarea consumatorului cu privire la produsele alimentare, Legii 306/2018 privind siguranța alimentelor.
Acte ce denotă calitatea produsului: certificat sanitar-veterinar, certificat de conformitate/ declarație de conformitate; certificate de calitate; raport de încercări(cu indicarea procentului de apă).
