Licența de activitate pentru dispozitive medicale a fost demult abrogata. Va rugam sa excludeti aceasta cerinta din p.6 al anuntului de participare.

Bună ziua, s-a solicitat licența sau actul care confirmă dreptul operatorului economic de a presta/livra serviciile sau bunurile solicitate, adică genul de activitate (extras din Registrul de Stat al persoanelor juridice).
