HG 696 din 04.08.2010 pentru aprobarea Cerințelor privind producerea, importul şi plasarea pe piață a cărnii - materie primă HOTĂRÎRE Nr. 460 din 21-05-2018 cu privire la modificarea şi completarea Hotărîrii Guvernului nr. 696 din 4 august 2010.1. Portiuni transate din carcase (pulpă, spată), din animale tinere . Calitatea superioara, fară țesut conjunctiv , tendoane si grasimi vizibile ,cantitate admisa la masa totală 6 %.Carnea după dezosare rămîne in bucati mari în forma naturală,cu greutatea de la 1,5 kg+ . Livrare (miercuri de la 9:00-11:00) in ambalaj de 10 kg etichetata. Normele privind etichetarea produselor alimentare sa corespunda cu HG nr.996 din 20.08.2003 cap.IV ISO-9001 sau Programul HACCP . Produs autohton.
La livrare se prezintă, pentru fiecare partidă,originalul sau copia certificatului sanitar - veterinar, confirmată prin ştampila umedă."
