Bună ziua! Rugăm mult de a amplasa licitația pe mai multe loturi. Să fie clasificate după metoda de tipar pentru a da posibilitatea de a putea participa mai mulți operatori economici.
Answer (20 Oct 2025, 09:07):
Buna ziua, avand in vedere necesitatea stringeta de a organiza licitatia, divizarea pe loturi la aceasta etapa, presupune anularea licitatiei existente si derularea unei noi licitatiii. Acest lucru ar tergiversa semnificativ procesura.
Acest tip de achizitie de bunuri a mai fost anterior in experienta ODA, operatorii economici nu au intalniti dificultati dupa metoda de tipar.
