Question:
Vă rugăm să analizați posibilitatea modificării cerințelor tehnice pentru procesor din documentația de licitație.
Parametrii indicați în tabel — frecvența de bază și anul de fabricație — sunt prea specifici și pot limita livrarea echipamentului în termenul stabilit (30 de zile calendaristice).
De regulă, procesoarele cu astfel de caracteristici se produc la comandă, ceea ce face dificilă respectarea termenului.
În acest context, propunem următoarele alternative: reducerea frecvenței minime de bază și stabilirea anului de fabricație nu mai devreme de 2024; sau înlocuirea cerințelor privind frecvența și anul de fabricație cu un indicator de performanță (de exemplu, scor CPU Mark ≥ X, conform CPUBenchmark).
Aceasta ar permite ofertanților să propună echipamente de serie, care asigură performanța necesară și pot fi livrate în termen.
Answer (23 Oct 2025, 13:59):
1. Anul producerii: 2025 (rămâne neschimbat, pentru conformitate cu Ordinul MF OMF36/2025 cu privire la aprobarea Regulilor privind cerințele tehnice și configurațiile minime ale stațiilor de lucru pentru angajații din sectorul public);
2. Frecvența procesorului: minimum 2.2 GHz, conform cerințelor Ordinului MF;
3. CPU Multithreading Rating: minim 23.900 puncte, astfel încât ambele variante de procesoare, Intel și AMD, să fie eligibile.
