Construcția deversorului este realizată din beton armat monolit, fără rosturi de dilatare. În timpul exploatării, pe taluzurile deversorului s-au format numeroase fisuri considerabile. Pragul deversorului este deteriorat pe anumite porțiuni. Fundul construcției deversorului este deformat, prezentând multiple fisuri, din unele dintre care cresc vegetații verzi.
