Dvs specifiacti cifra medie de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani de la minim la maxim, adica MIN. 45000000.00 lei, max. 90000000.00 lei , Intrebarea consta in faptul daca ofertantul care detine o cifra medie pe ultimii 3 anii de 100 000 000 lei sau mai mult , nu va fi motiv de descalificare ?
