Stimate grup de lucru al CAPCS, dvs recent ati anulat acest tip de analizator pentru aceeasi institutie din motiv ca bugetul a fost stabilit gresit - mult prea mic in comparatie cu costurile reale pentru dispozitiv de acest fel. Din toate ofertele OE pe care ar fi trebuit sa le analizati DETALIAT, ar fi trebuit sa deduceti concluzia ca bugetul pentru analizator a fost stabilit GRESIT. Intrebarea noastra este DE CE grupul de lucru al CAPCS a decis sa ignore greseala din licitatia precedenta si sa publice acelasi buget?
