Buna ziua, Va rugam mult sa divizati lot 46 in pozitii aparte, pentru a oferi agentilor economici posibilitatea de participare si pentru a primi oferte mai avantajoase commercial
Dar in asa conditii veti limita alti concurenti sa participe la licitatia data.

Cerințele au fost înaintate conform prevederilor legislației în vigoare, cu respectarea principiilor de reglementare a relațiilor privind achizițiile publice și anume: utilizarea eficientă a banilor publici și minimizarea riscurilor autorității contractante, transparența achizițiilor publice, asigurarea concurenței, tratamentului egal, imparțialității și nediscriminării tuturor ofertanților.
