Buna ziua , Precizati va rog care este termenul de livrare oferit operatorului economic pentru indeplinirea contractului. Termenul indica de 14 zile de la plasarea comenzii nu indica clar cit timp are operatorul economic pentru livrarea bunurilor de la semnarea contractului si pina la prima comanda ?
