Obiectul achiziției este planificat într-un singur lot, deoarece tractorul cu utilajele descrise inclusiv tomberoanele/pubelele sunt necesar de a fi compatibile intre ele. Așteptăm oferte care să corespundă întocmai condițiilor stipulate în caietul de sarcini.
