Intrebari clarificare
Question:
1. Referitor la pct. 1.2 din Anuntul de participare, intelegerea noastra este ca toate costurile logistice ce pot decurge din organizarea conferintei de presa vor fi in sarcina Autoritatii Contractante (inclusiv echipamente de sonorizare, care sunt de obicei aferente inchirierii locatiei sau marcaje in locatie, spre exemplu banner/roll-up). Va rugam confirmati.
2. Referitor la pct 1.2 din Anuntul de Participare, va rugam sa ne clarificati daca costurile directe care pot rezulta din plasarile TV, radio, podcast-uri, etc, intra in sarcina Ofertantului sau vor fi acoperite de Autoritatea Contractanta.
3. Va rugam sa clarificati daca costurile cu participarea microinfluencerilor la evenimente intra in sarcina Ofertantului sau Autoritatea Contractanta dispune de un buget separat pentru costurile directe.

Buna ziua,
1. Referitor la pct. 1.2 din Anuntul de participare, intelegerea noastra este ca toate costurile logistice ce pot decurge din organizarea conferintei de presa vor fi in sarcina Autoritatii Contractante (inclusiv echipamente de sonorizare, care sunt de obicei aferente inchirierii locatiei sau marcaje in locatie, spre exemplu banner/roll-up).
Raspuns: Reiteram- logistica, arenda și catering vor fi bugetate și contractate separat (nu sunt puse in sarcina/achizitia respectiva) .
2. Referitor la pct 1.2 din Anuntul de Participare, va rugam sa ne clarificati daca costurile directe care pot rezulta din plasarile TV, radio, podcast-uri, etc, intra in sarcina Ofertantului sau vor fi acoperite de Autoritatea Contractanta.
Raspuns: Conform condițiilor relatate în punctul 1.2, ofertantul va furniza minim 3 participări/ per event laTV, radio, podcast-uri, etc, și intră nemijlocit în sarcina ofertantului.
3. Va rugam sa clarificati daca costurile cu participarea microinfluencerilor la evenimente intra in sarcina Ofertantului sau Autoritatea Contractanta dispune de un buget separat pentru costurile directe.
Raspuns: Afirmam (da), precum ca intra în sarcina ofertantului.
