Vă rugăm să includeți cerința obligatorie privind deținerea certificatului EN 840, pentru a permite participarea doar a producătorilor europeni autorizați și a exclude pubelele provenite din China și Iran.
De asemenea, recomandăm să fie specificată greutatea minimă a pubelelor, deoarece aceasta influențează direct calitatea și grosimea pereților. Greutate recomandată:
120 l — minimum 9 kg
240 l — minimum 11.5 kg

Question:
Bune idei are OE cu tomberoane "groase" si "calitative" si mult in "kila" cum zice moldovanul.
Apropo de produs European, Serbia - nu este încă Europa, ei sunt in curs de aderare cum si R. Moldova.
Referitor la greutate, la cel cu ideea de 9kg ii recomand sa privească certificatul sau de conformitate cu numărul de serie S60156985 acolo unde scrie modelul 120L Urban - 8,2 kg.
In ofertele depuse de voi până acum aveți doua certificate, cu 3 modele de tomberon care in certificate sunt definite prin denumirea modelului si greutăți diferite, pe lingă acesta in oferta tehnica nu indicați modelul tomberonului, ce fel de tomberon voi propuneți numai voi știți, dar la toate achizițiile scrieți de 9kg...
Recomand Primăriei sa va cântărească tomberonul cel "calitativ" si "gros in perete" la livrare in caz ca o sa câștigați sau sa solicite mostre dupa deschiderea ofertelor.
