Buna ziua, Procedura anterioara a fost anulată în temeiul pct. 51 subpct. 3) din HG 870/2022 pentru aprobarea Regulamentului cu privire la achizițiile publice de valoare mica, deoarece oferta depusă nu corespunde cerințelor solicitate de către autoritea contractantă în documentația de atribuire.
