Echipament GPS cu instalare - Cerințe tehnice: • Anul de fabricație minim 2024, cu precizie GPS < 5 metri; • Grad de protecție minim IP65 (rezistență la praf și apă); • Certificare CE, fără interferențe cu alte echipamente electrice/electronice. Componente: • Antenă și receptor GPS pentru determinarea poziției; • Modul GSM/GPRS (Compatibil cu rețele celulare, suportând minim 2G și opțional 3G sau 4G), cu slot pentru cartelă SIM și compatibilitate cu operatorii locali (ex. Orange, Moldcell, Unite); Suport date: • Protocoale: SMS (text, PDU), TCP, UDP. Cerințe funcționale: Monitorizare: • Furnizarea poziției geografice, vitezei, direcției de deplasare și distanței parcurse. Integrări: • Interfață CAN pentru preluarea datelor vehiculului (odometru, consum total, nivel carburant, turație); • Sonda litrometrică pentru măsurarea nivelului de carburant (eroare < 2%); • Contor de combustibil (debitmetru de combustibil lichid) pentru măsurarea consumului (eroare < 2%). Configurare transmisie: • Opțiuni configurabile pentru intervale de timp, distanță parcursă sau combinație a acestora. Compatibilitate: • Integrare cu platforma software existentă a beneficiarului; • Furnizorul va furniza specificații pentru API/protocol de comunicație; • Compatibilitate cu tipurile de vehicule specificate de beneficiar (conform pct.2 din Anexa la Anunțul de participare); • Garanție minimă de 36 de luni pentru dispozitivele GPS și componentele periferice (antenă,sondă).
