Shimbati , va rog, parametrul: Sistem de furnizare a aerului/apei control minim 4 nivele oprit, scăzut, mediu, ridicat si Nivel control minim 4 nivele oprit, scăzut, mediu, ridicat Schimbat in minim 3 nivele, sa fie exclus nivelul mediu Oricum nimeni, la nici-un centru medical, nu foloseste acest parametru, orice doctor il pune pe maxim si doar de la butonul de apa/aer controleaza real fluxul. E doar un parametru limitativ.

1 - Rata de flux, l/min. ≥ 60 l/min - 60 L de flux aer liber, sau 60L de aspirat ? exista producatori care pun doar rata de aspirat dar nu rata de aer liber 2 - Sursa de lumină Tip Integrată în procesor sau separata ori alt sistem de iluminare care poate fi confirmat prin date tehnice - ce se are in vedere sau alt sistem de iluminare ? daca sistemul de iluminare nu este din set cu videoprocesorul, atunci se pierde controlul Irisului automat, ce duce la un discomfort ridicat pentru doctor 3 - UPS inteligent (Smart) cu dublă convecție şi stabilizator integrat sau echivalent obligatoriu - pentru ce este nevoie de UPS intelegent ? El se utilizeaza pentru calculatoare/server, dar la sistemele medicale se folosesc tranformatoare de separare care elimina riscul electrocutarii pacientului si personalului medical in timpul procedurii. Cate-o data se foloseste UPS, dar doar pentru a putea finisa o procedura de 10-15 min in cazul cand este o pana de curent, dar nu are sens ups inteligent.

Mulțumim pentru clarificarea depusă. 1. Cerința tehnică Rata de flux, l/min. ≥ 60 l/min s-a modificat în Rata de flux: ≥ 60 l/min pentru flux aer liber sau ≥ 30 l/min pentru aspirație lichide. 2. Sunt pentru producători care au integrată sursa de lumină in capul endoscopului fără a fi o sursa de lumina cum este până în prezent și anume, sursa de lumina integrata în video procesor sau sursa de lumina externă. Necesitatea Irisului nu dispare rămâne obligatoriu in toate 3 cazuri. 3. Este o cerința a beneficiarului pentru ca au frecvent cazuri în care chiar și prezența unui stabilizator în afara de ups nu tot timpul a putut proteja echipamentele de defecte la sistemul de alimentare a echipamentului. Mai ales că nu restricționează cu nimic ofertanții.

Suportă cel puțin 3 funcții sau tehnologii de cromoscopie digitală obligatoriu - ce se are in vedere prin aceste 3 functii ? Cromendoscopie este 1, sau se doresc alte tehnologii ? ar fi bine de explicat ce se doreste exact

Cerința tehnică Suportă cel puțin 3 funcții sau tehnologii de cromoscopie digitală obligatoriu s-a modificat în Sistemul trebuie să suporte cel puțin trei tehnologii de cromoscopie virtuală (optică sau digitală) sau funcții echivalente care să asigure: a) evidențierea capilarelor și a structurilor mucoasei b) vizualizarea vaselor de sânge și a punctelor de sângerare c) optimizarea structurii, tonurilor de culoare și luminozității mucoasei.
