Buna ziua, In anuntul de participare nu este indicat ca produsele trebuie sa fie neaparat noi, se vor accepta si produse Refurbihsed?

Bună ziua. I.P Compania Teleradio - Moldova nu are nevoie de utilaj de mâna a doua sau reparat. Tot ce am solicitat în caietul de sarcini trebuie să fie nou (sigilat) și cu garanție de la producător. O zi bună.
