Argumentăm această solicitare pe baza următoarelor considerente, care indică faptul că denumirile actuale favorizează în mod nejustificat un anumit producător și contravin principiilor fundamentale ale achizițiilor publice din Republica Moldova, în special cele de concurență loială, tratament egal și transparență.
