Lucrarile se executa in baza caietului de sarcini, deoarece sunt lucrari de reparatii curente (a se vedea art.150 alin.(11) din Codul Urbanismului si Constructiilor). Orice operator economic este invitat la fata locului pentru a lua cunostinta cu obiectul.
