Despre termenul de vechime al acumulatoarelor

Question:

Nu exista oare contrazicere in caietul de sarcini cand se stabileste termenul de livrare pana la sfarsitul lui 2025, iar vechimea lor nu trebuie sa depaseasca trei luni de la data fabricarii ? Licitatia are loc la inceputul lui martie 2025. Poate este posibil de scos aceasta limita de 3 luni ?
