divizarea pe loturi
Question:
Buna ziua Vă rugăm să divizaţi achiziţia dată în 2 loturi nu pe tipuri de celule (asa cum este specificat în ANUNŢ NR. 57/15 și 65/05 din 31.01.2025 de participare inclusiv pentru procedurile de preselecţie/procedurile negociate), dar separînd utilaj primar şi cel secundar. Astfel , licitaţia deschisă dată va fi compusă din: lot nr 1 Utilaj primar celula tip KRN-10 - 4 un. Utilaj primar celula tip КСО-276 - 6 un. lot nr 2 Utilaj secundar celula tip KRN-10 - 4 un. Utilaj secundar celula tip КСО-276 - 6 un. Astfel de divizare pe loturi va permite participarea mai multor ofertanţi şi ca urmare obţinearea pentru RED NORD ofertelor mai atractive din punct de vedere economic.

Bună ziua, vă informăm despre faptul că divizarea pe loturi a achiziției date a fost efectuată corect și nu poate fi realizată în modul descris de dumneavoastră. Motivele de bază sunt: - Utilajul electric primar și secundar reprezintă un ansamblu integru interconectat, achiziția concomitentă de la mai mulți ofertanți poate crea condiții care nu vor respecta interconexiunea acestor utilaje (Întreruptor 10 kV, Terminal microprocesor PRA, Curent Operativ, Utilaj Telemetrie (Dirijare, Semnalizare etc.), Transmiterea datelor, Executarea schemelor circuitelor primare și secunadre); - Este imposibilă executarea coordonării soluțiilor tehnice de asamblare și montare a utilajului electric primar și secundar între diferiți ofertanți care pot propune oferte de la uzine producătoare diferite.
