Clarificari asupra Anuntului de participare
Question:
Va rugam, sa adaugati suplimentar abateri acceptabile la parametrii tehnici solicitati la hartie A3, intru cat solicitati toti parametrii concret dupa un model de hartie, ce dispune numai 1 agent economic. Ceea ce limiteaza participarea larga si a altor agenti economici si contrazice legislatiei in vigoare.

În conformitate cu solicitarea dumneavoastră și pentru a asigura o participare cât mai largă a agenților economici, am analizat parametrii tehnici pentru procurarea hârtiei A3 și propunem următoarele ajustări și clarificări:Hârtia trebuie să corespundă următorilor parametri:
Parametrii cu abateri acceptabile:
• Rezistența la tracțiune: 2.21 KN/m ±5%
(Plajă acceptabilă: 2.10 – 2.32 KN/m)
• Rezistența la rupere: min 2.83 KN/m ±5%
(Plajă acceptabilă: 2.69 – 2.97 KN/m)
• Umiditatea: max 5.5%
(Valoare maximă acceptabilă: 5.5%)
• Gradul de alb:
- CIE-148% ( ISO 11475) ±2%
(Plajă acceptabilă: 145 – 151%)
- 103,5 (ISO 2470) ±2%
(Plajă acceptabilă: 101,4 – 105,6)
• Rigiditatea: 122,5 mN ±5%
(Plajă acceptabilă: 116,4 – 128,6 mN)
• Netezirea: 200 ml/min ±10%
(Plajă acceptabilă: 180 – 220 ml/min)
• Netransparența: min 88%
(Valoare minimă acceptabilă: 88%)
Parametrii care trebuie respectați strict:
1. Greutatea: 80 g/m² (Nu se acceptă abateri, deoarece este esențială pentru compatibilitatea cu echipamentele de imprimare.)
2. Grosimea: 106 µm (ISO 534) (Nu se acceptă abateri, deoarece influențează direct funcționalitatea hârtiei în echipamente.)
3. Fără praf static: Clasa C+ (Nu se acceptă abateri, deoarece este critic pentru protejarea echipamentelor și pentru o utilizare fără probleme.)
