În rezultatul examinării ofertelor conform criteriului de evaluare cel mai bun raport calitate-preț și prin prisma factorilor de evaluare prevăzuți în documentația de atribuire publicată pentru procedura dată, grupul de lucru a decis a desemna învingătoare oferta operatorului economic „Vento Retail” SRL, dat fiind faptul că a depus o ofertă conformă cerințelor de calificare prevăzute de către autoritatea contractantă în contextul documentației de atribuire, iar conform factorilor de evaluare aplicați, oferta acestuia a acumulat 100 pct. din 100 pct. posibile.
