Bună ziua, în cadrul anunțului de participare publicat, la pct. 17 se menționează că garanția pentru ofertă este de 2% din suma ofertei fără TVA, iar la pct. 18 se precizează că garanția pentru ofertă este de 1% din suma ofertei fără TVA. Vă rugăm să clarificați care este cuantumul corect al garanției pentru ofertă care trebuie prezentată: 1% sau 2%?
