Technical Specifications
Cerere de ofertă
pentru achiziția echipamentelor de rețea wireless.
Cerințele indicate vor fi considerate ca fiind minimale, astfel vor fi luate in considerare doar ofertele care acoperă în totalitate cerințelor minimale obligatorii. Se acceptă doar echipamente noi, provenite direct de la producător cu confirmare MAF atașat la ofertă, livrate prin intermediul distribuitorului autorizat în Moldova.
Servicii de garanție, menținere solicitat, este de minim 36 luni, inclusiv:
- Acces la centru de suport autorizat de producător: zile de muncă, 08:00-17:00;
- Timp de reacție la defecțiunile și incidentele raportate, cu diagnosticare cauză: până la 6 ore.
- Timp de soluționare defecte: 5 zile calendaristice din data diagnosticării defecțiunii.
- Componentele defecte sunt înlocuite de furnizor, fără costuri suplimentare.
Termen maxim de livrare a echipamentelor: până la 90 zile calendaristice din momentul semnării contractului.
În situația in care se constată că anumite elemente ale propunerii tehnice nu corespund cerințelor din Caietul de sarcini, acesta va fi respinsă ca neconformă.
