Categoriile de deșeuri, care necesită eliminarea și tratarea finală a lor: •Deșeuri infecțioase (toate deșeurile care conțin sînge, sau fluide biologice-seringi, perfuzii fără ac,mănuși, comprese, pansamente, globule, meșe, set de operații, echipament protecție de unica folosință, măști, recipiente pentru probe de laborator, bandaj gipsat, etc.inclusiv Covit -19 •Deșeuri tăietor-înțepătoare - deșeuri, care pot provoca leziuni mecanice- ace, bisturii, lamele, lame, ace catetere,sticlărie de laborator, pipete de unica folosire, capilare etc. inclusiv Covit-19 Evacuarea deșeurilor infecțioase va asigura agentul economic, conform programei aprobate de administrația institutiei și agentul economic. Agentul economic va asigura : * cu recipiente, containere pentru colectarea și păstrarea temporară; * evacuare a DRAM infecțioase, tăietor-înțepătoare din punctele de colectare: CCD – str. 31 August 1989 63 CMF 7 Str. Docuceaev 11 a * evacuarea/transportarea -1 dată la 48 ore; * evidența cantităților de DRAM periculoase, care necesită evacuarea și tratarea lor; La fiecare evacuare va fi intocmit actul de predare – primire a deșeurilor cu semnaturile reprezentanților AMT Centru si Agentul economic ce va transporta deșeurile. * tratarea deșeurilor periculoase în corespundere cu actele normative în vigoare; * prezentarea actului de decontaminare sigură.
