Question:
Stimata Autoritate contractanta, Dumneavoastra doriti livrarea in 5 zile ? Deci, conform legii privind achizitiile termenul de asteptare pentru semnarea contractului este de 6 zile. 20 decembrie + 6 zile = 26 decembrie + 5 zile livrarea 31 decembrie ?! Contractele de achiziții publice, încheiate înainte de împlinirea termenelor indicate mai sus, sunt lovite de nulitate. O să efectuați transferul pe data de 31 decembrie 2024 ?!

Bună ziua.Ne cerem scuze pentru un raspuns tarziu. Limita de prestare a bunurilor a fost schimbata. La fel a fost schimbată și valabilitatea ofertei.
