Termeni de valabilitate si livrare
Question:
buna ziua, va rugam sa precizati daca termenii solicitati in anunt sunt corecti? Perioada de depunere a ofertelor: termen limita 25 nov 2024, Valabilitatea ofertei conform punctul 27 din anunt este de 30 de zile. In acelasi timp livrare este specificata conform punctul 12 este de pana la 23 decembrie 2024. In avelasi timp daca calculam termenul de valabilitatea a ofertei acesta depaseste termenul limita de livrare. Deci in concluzie, livrarea trebuie efectuata pana la emiterea deciziei de atribuire a contractului? Daca mai tinem cont si de pragul valoric al licitatiei, atunci acesta nu se incadreaza nici cum intr-un termen real de indeplinit. Toate aceste date indica exprex ca licitatia favorizeaza doar operatorii ce dispun de echipament in stoc local, ce limitreaza potentialii ofertanti ce ar putea oferi preut mai mic cu varianta de producere la comanda.
