Certificat de acreditare a produsului ISO:17043 Asigurarea cu control extern trimestrial, pe perioada 1 an. Respectarea cerințelor de transportare și livrare a controlului cu prezentarea dovezilor. Termenul de livrare și termenul de valabilitate să se încadreze în perioada testărilor. .Parametrii testați: -WBC - nr. absolut de leucocite în sânge -RBC - nr. absolut de eritrocite în sânge -HGB – concentrați hemoglobinei -HCT – hematocrit -MCV – volum eritrocitar mediu -MCH – conținutul mediu de hemoglobină în eritrocite -MCHC – concentrația medie de hemoglobină în eritrocite -PLT - nr. absolut de trombocite în sânge -MPV – volumul mediu al trombocitelor -PCT – plachetocrit Material de control pe bază de sânge integral, stare lichidă . Transmiterea rapoartelor de participare se va efectua trimestrial, nu mai târziu de 14 zile de la data limită a raportării. La sfîrșit se va oferi un raport sumar anual și certificate de participare.. Controlul să asigure 3 nivele (normal, patologic scăzut și mărit).
