Clarificare termen de livrare
Question:
Buna ziua, va rugam sa clarificati, daca corect intelegem: in anunt solicitati la pucnctul 26. Termenul de valabilitate a ofertelor: 60 de zile. Avand in vedere ca data licitarii este 23 oct 2024, 15:00, plus 60 de zile, drept rezultat avem data 22.12.2024. In acelasi timp in punctul 11. Termenii și condițiile de livrare/prestare solicitați: până la data de 23 decembrie 2024, adica vreti sa spuneti ca oferiti operaorilor 1 zie pentru livrare a 25 de seturi in valoarea de 659 mii lei?

Bună ziua. Acest termen include: evaluarea ofertelor, decizia de atribuire, termenul de așteptare, semnarea contractului. Autoritatea contractantă va depune tot efortul pentru evaluarea ofertelor prezentate și încheerea contractului în termeni restrînși.
