- Biletele de avion la plecare (direcția tur) și la sosire (direcția retur) posibil să fie cu escală, cu tarif publicat în sistemul de rezervări, în limita ofertei propuse.
- Biletele de avion la sosire (direcția retur) să fie emise atât pentru deținut (DEPA), atât și pentru persoanele din escortă, conform Regulamentului și cerințelor companiilor aeriene, care vor accepta transferul DEPA (cu indicarea numărului maxim de DEPA și numărul persoanelor din escortă admiși la bordul aeronavei).
- În prețul biletului pentru DEPA la retur să fie inclus bagajul.
- Rezervarea și procurarea biletelor înainte cu cel puțin 3 zile lucrătoare.
- Costul biletului fără schimbări, conform ofertei propuse și fără taxe suplimentare, în caz de amânare sau anulare a zborului se vor rambursa biletele avia.
