Scoateți cerința obligatorie de prezentare a certificatelor de conformitate/calitate,altfel riscați să mai scoateți de vreo câteva ori tenderul.Nu avem în R.M producători/importatori care certifică sculele/uneltele solicitate de dvs.

Nu s-au solicitat certificate emise de organisme acreditate din RM, s-au solicitat certificate emise de organe abilitate recunoscute și în RM sau la nivel european.

Bună ziua, justificati vă rog necesitatea unui numar atit de mare de documente necesare de elaborat la etapa de depunere a ofertelor.,dat fiind faptul ca ordinul Ministerului Finantelor OMF69/2021 din 07.05.21 pct. 52 prevede doar 4 doc obligatorii, iar restul fiind posibil de prezentat ulterior.
Rog sa modificati anuntul de participare.
