La finalizarea procedurii de achizitie s-au depistat omisiuni în caietul de sarcini, nu a fost inclusă condiția ca testarea metrologică a transformatoarelor se va face la sediul IMSP IMU. Autoritatea contractantă aflându-se în imposibilitatea de a adopta măsuri corective fără ca aceasta să conducă la încălcarea principiilor prevăzute la art. 7 a legii sus menționate.
