Buna ziua, stimate cantractant, consideram ca operatorul economic cistigator nu poate schimba plantele in caz de uscare timp de 12 luni, in cazul in care beneficiarul efectiv nu uda plantele ele se vor usuca, respectiv nu este vina cistigatorului. La fel noi nu putem controla procesul de udare ulterior a beneficiarului. Consideram aceasta solicitare sa fie exclusa.
