Question:
Buna ziua. Garantia produsului, in cazul dat, beton , este o cerinta inutila deorece, calitatea produsului se confirma prin certificat de calitatea (declaratie de performanta) insa calitatea lucrarilor de asternere a betonului depinde de factori ce nu depind de vinzatorul betonului ( conditii climaterice, procesul tehnologic de asternere, conditiile de exploatare, etc)

Bună ziua, autoritatea contractantă are ca scop achiziționarea unui produs calitativ și care va avea o durata de exploatare corespunzătoare. 2 ani este minimum ce poate oferi ofertantul. Recomandăm să indicați în declarația privind garanția toate condițiile care pot afecta garanția oferită, care de fapt nu depinde de vânzător.
