scrisoarea a fost remisa perticipantilor motivul este avînd în vedere că s-a comis erori în caietul de sarcini, specificația fiind incompletă, astfel se face imposibilă evaluarea corespunzătoare a ofertelor pentru loturile date.în temeiul art.71 alin. (1) lit.g) al Legii nr.131 din 03.07.2015 privind achiziţiile publice
