Buna ziua.Conform HG Nr. 534 din 20-07-2020 balanta analitica intra in categoria 8.1.2(2) Aparate de cintarit cu functie neautomata, la care se aplica doar procedura de verificarea periodica, ce inseamna ca balantele se introduc pe piata fara inregistrarea in Registrul de Stat al mijloacelor de masurare, cu conditia prezentei marcajului CE /M cu verificarea initiala in tara de origine, iar verificarea periodica se face incepind cu anul urmator de la expirarea anului de producere acestora. Va invitam sa consultati hotarirea dupa link: https://www.legis.md/cautare/getResults?doc_id=122327&lang=ro. Astfel cerinta pentru balanta de a fi introdusa in Registru nu este obiectiva. Rugam sa reevaluati cerinta data si o scoateti din cerinta obligatorie ca fiind neaplicabila pentru balante.
