Prin prezenta, Î.S. „Poșta Moldovei” Vă comunică că, urmare a examinării ofertelor depuse în cadrul procedurii prin Licitație deschisă, cu aplicarea instrumentului specific de atribuire – acord-cadru, Nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1721050429579 din „15” iulie 2024 privind achiziționarea Materialelor de construcții (acord-cadru), conducându-se de prevederile art.43 al Legii nr. 74 din 21.05.2020 privind achizițiile în sectoarele energeticii, apei, transporturilor și serviciilor poștale, grupul de lucru pentru achiziții a decis:
1. A încheia cu operatorii economici S.R.L. „Nanu Market”, S.R.L. „Deniadi”, S.R.L. „Beax Com”, S.R.L. „Vulturii Protectori”, S.R.L. „Manticora”, S.R.L. „Peisaj–Art”, S.R.L. „Anserglob” și S.R.L. „Vermilion” câte un acord-cadru, ce va stabili condițiile pentru contractele subsecvente ce urmează a fi atribuite în rezultatul desfășurării procedurii de reofertare, pe un termen de până la data de 31.12.2024 și cu o valoare ce nu va depăși 1500000,00 lei (fără TVA).
* Conform prevederilor Legii nr. 74 din 21.05.2020 privind achizițiile în sectoarele energeticii, apei, transporturilor și serviciilor poștale,
- art. 87, alin.(2) „Soluționarea contestațiilor privind atribuirea contractelor de achiziții sectoriale se realizează conform cap. X din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice”.
