Question:
Bună ziua, Prin prezenta, dorim să aducem la cunoștință faptul că am identificat o neconcordanță în specificația tehnică a eprubetelor cu anticoagulant K3EDTA 4.0 ml. Conform informațiilor din specificație, eprubetele sunt destinate separării plasmei, însă anticoagulantul K3EDTA are rolul de a menține sângele lichid prin blocarea coagulării, ceea ce face imposibilă separarea plasmei. Anticoagulantul K3EDTA menține sângele în stare lichidă și previne coagularea, nu permite separarea plasmei, deoarece previne coagularea completă a sângelui. Vă rugăm să verificați și să rectificați specificația tehnică pentru a reflecta corect utilizarea eprubetelor K3EDTA.

Bună ziua, va fi exclusă cerința ,,Separarea plasmei” din specificația lotului nr. 5 Vacutainer K3EDTA 4.0ml. Documentația de atribuire va fi modificată.
