Adeverinţă de recrutare. Coperta cu colţurile dreptunghiulare din carton cu densitatea minim 200 g/m². Densitatea hârtiei din interior minim 90 g/m², tipar pe hârtie specială cu minim 2 semne de protecţie. Interiorul blocului – cusut cu scoabe.
Fiecare adeverinţă de recrutare are număr de înregistrare individual, începând cu AB nr.xxxxxx4*.
Numerotarea să fie tipar înalt.
*numărul de ordine va fi remis la momentul încheierii contractului. Mostra va fi prezentată de către fiecare operator economic în termen de 5 zile de la termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor conform modelului existent. Modelul respectiv poate fi vizualizat la sediul Autorităţii Contractante.
