Garantia va constitui 2% din suma fara TVA a ofertei si va fiv emisă de o bancă comercială cu aplicarea semnăturii electronice a operatorului economic
În cazul unei asocieri, garanția pentru ofertă se depune de antreprenorul general (liderul asociației).
