Question:
Buna ziua! Solicitam respectuos sa extindeti termenul de livrare pentru lot nr.7 la 180 zile. Pompa pentru circulatie extracorporala este un dispozitiv complex cu un timp de producere de 150-180 zile. Nici un producator nu tine in stoc astfel de dispozitiv, procesul fabricarii fiind initiat o data cu comanda bunului. Acest dispozitiv nu poate nicidecum fi livrat in termen de 90 zile de la semnarea contractului.

Se acceptă modificarea termenului de livrare pentru lot nr.7 Sistem de pompa pentru circulație extracorporală, de la 90 zile la până la 180 zile de la înregistrarea contractului de CAPCS; Mulțumim pentru clarificare.
