Buna ziua! Garantie de buna executie se depune cu oferta (ca este stabilita deja garantia pentru oferta) sau de castigatorul anuntat dupa evauarea ofertelor? Multumesc anticipat.

Bună ziua, Garanția de bună execuție a contractului se depune de către ofertantul câștigător la etapa încheierii contractului, conform Legii privind achizițiile publice nr.131/2015, art.68, alineatul (8).
