Stimate Domn/ Doamnă, Conform prevederilor din Anexa 24, Secțiunea 2.1, se menționează că "Livrarea/Prestarea Bunurilor/Serviciilor se efectuează de către Furnizor/Prestator în termenele prevăzute de graficul de livrare/prestare." În acest context, vă rugăm respectuos să ne furnizați graficul de livrare specific pentru acest contract, astfel încât să putem asigura disponibilitatea produselor necesare în stoc și să îndeplinim contractul conform prevederilor stabilite, fără întârzieri sau neclarități.

Livrarea și descărcarea bunurilor se face din contul agentului economic câstigator timp de 15 zile de la înregistrarea contractului la sediul instituțiilor de învățămînt din subordinea DETS Buiucani, conform listei prezentate de secția materiale
