Bună ziua! Vă rugăm să revizuiți bugetul, deoarece bugetul pentru anul 2025 a fost stabilit pe baza prețurilor din 2023, și nu pe baza ultimelor prețuri din 2024, la care au fost contractate bunurile solicitate.

Bună ziua!
Bugetul a fost estimat de către instituția medico-sanitară publică beneficiară. În acest context, vom sesiza instituția beneficiară care va determina oportunitatea revizuirii sumei alocate. Chiar dacă bugetul nu va fi revizuit, solicităm respectuos prezentarea ofertei Dvs. Or, conform art. 71, alin. (1), lit. d), lin. a 6-a din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice se admite examinarea ofertelor care depășeșc cu pînă la 30% valoarea estimată a achiziției.
