Prin prezenta, Î.S. „Poșta Moldovei” Vă comunică că, urmare a evaluării ofertei depuse în cadrul procedurii prin Licitație deschisă Nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1712926431071 din „12” aprilie 2024 privind achiziționarea Registrelor, conducându-se de prevederile art.75 alin. (8) al Legii nr. 74 din 21.05.2020 privind achizițiile în sectoarele energeticii, apei, transporturilor și serviciilor poștale, grupul de lucru pentru achiziții a decis:
1. A desemna câștigătoare oferta operatorului economic „Notograf Prim” S.R.L., ce s-a conformat integral cerințelor înaintate de către Î.S. „Poșta Moldovei” conform anunțului de participare la procedura de achiziționare a Registrelor (Nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1712926431071 din „12” aprilie 2024);
* Conform prevederilor Legii nr. 74 din 21.05.2020 privind achizițiile în sectoarele energeticii, apei, transporturilor și serviciilor poștale,
- art. 87, alin.(2) „Soluționarea contestațiilor privind atribuirea contractelor de achiziții sectoriale se realizează conform cap. X din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice”.
