Добрый день. Согласно прошлого тендера, который был отменен, требовался гарантийный платеж 1% от суммы предложения без НДС. В документах данного тендера требование по гарантийному платежу указаны только 5% гарантии исполнения контракта. Уточните, требуется ли осуществлять платеж 1% от суммы предложения по тендеру без НДС?
