GBG a inregistrat un reciclator, care nu corespunde cerintelor, iar nimeni nu a mai inregistrat nici un reciclator, si tot GBG de fiecare data insista cu inregistrarea. Va reamintim drag operator economic ca inregistrarea se efectueaza cu 10 zile inainte de introducerea pe piata.Nu este necesara o astfel de cerinta la licitatii. Asta este obligatia operatprului economic si nu tine de autoritatea contractanta.

Înregistrarea la AMDM sau alte instituții ține de operatorul economic.
