Anul trecut a mai fost anuntat concurs cu Slurri Seal (cistigat de Vastavit srl) dar nu lam mai vazut pe drumurile din comuna Stauceni, anul acesta e aceeasi schema? In caietul de sarcini e una si dupa asta aceste lucrari sunt inlocuite cu altele???
