Prin prezenta, Î.S. „Poșta Moldovei” Vă comunică că, urmare a evaluării ofertelor depuse în cadrul procedurii prin Licitație deschisă Nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1709821092694 din „07” martie 2024 privind achiziționarea anvelopelor de vară, conducându-se de prevederile art.75 alin. (8) al Legii nr. 74 din 21.05.2020 privind achizițiile în sectoarele energeticii, apei, transporturilor și serviciilor poștale, grupul de lucru pentru achiziții a decis:
1. A desemna câștigătoare oferta operatorului economic S.R.L. ,,ESPERANZA TYRES” (IDNO: 1010604002363), reieșind din faptul că, s-a conformat tuturor cerințelor din anunțul de participare la procedura de achiziționare a anvelopelor de vară, suma totală a ofertei fără TVA – 279890,00 lei (suma totală a ofertei cu TVA – 335 868,00 lei).
* Conform prevederilor Legii nr. 74 din 21.05.2020 privind achizițiile în sectoarele energeticii, apei, transporturilor și serviciilor poștale,
- art. 87, alin.(2) „Soluționarea contestațiilor privind atribuirea contractelor de achiziții sectoriale se realizează conform cap. X din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice”.
